Roles & Responsibilities:
- Willing to work in the night shift for the USA region.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (experience in lead generation function for IT companies).
- Work closely with the Inside Sales Manager (ISM)/Director in identifying target market, target accounts, and services to be covered in the business development (lead generation) activity.
- Segment and Account level research and map the account, identify potential buyers, identify key needs and positioning of ALTEN Calsoft Labs Services.
- Develop email and calling campaign strategy and plan jointly with the ISM/field sales executive
- Cold call prospective leads
- Follow up on warm leads
- Independently handle the first level of conversation on chosen services
- Convert hot leads into a face to face or telephonic meetings
- Lead qualification and hand over
- Build a lead pipeline
