    Challenges

Lack of a cost-efficient, cloud-connected hardware platform for real-time elevator monitoring

Absence of an automated deployment process, resulting in high manual effort and longer release cycles

    Solution

    • Designed the PSOC62/64 MCU based solution for Smart Elevator which includes MCU + Interface board and IO signal interface board
    • Azure cloud connectivity for cloud control and monitoring
    • Pelion cloud connectivity for OTA
    • Edge analytics on the device
    • Wi-Fi and Ethernet (W5500 Ethernet controller) connectivity for internet
    • Prepared dynamic terraform code for infrastructure as code for multiple environments
    • Bitbucket pipeline for CI/CD for multiple environments, app services, and functions
    • Streamlined the resources in TerraForm for cost-saving
