They sought an IoT engineering partner to develop a CTA-2045-compliant Wi-Fi bridge, enabling seamless connectivity between their products and the cloud to support utility demand response programs. - Designed and developed ESP32 based, CTA-2045-A compliant GEA2/Modbus Wi-Fi Bridge to connect heaters/boilers to Ayla cloud over wireless interfaces
- Designed and developed firmware to communicate with Ayla Cloud, SkyCentrics CTA-2045 DC module and GEA2/Modbus communication with Heaters/Boilers
- Firmware Over The Air (OTA) update and schedule
- Developed Android and iOS mobile app to communicate with Ayla cloud for controlling and monitoring of the heater
- Daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly graphs in the mobile app for energy usage
- System integration and end-to-end validation
- FCC, IC certification, and IP51 testing
