- Guest enters the hospital and connects to Wi-Fi open SSID
- DHCP is offered to guests, and IP is leased to guests by WLC
- Registration page where she/he has to enter Patient ID & Mobile No
- The Patient ID is validated in the Database
- The Application server sends a request to SMSG for OTP, SMSG sends an OTP to the entered Mobile No on the portal, and the User is created on the AAA server
- Guest enter the Patient ID & OTP on the portal; guest authentication process completes
- Access Granted, Guests can now browse the Internet for free
